Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage

Swedish Massage is a hands-on full body massage of medium to deep pressure.  Relieves muscle tension, stimulates circulation, increases serotonin levels, improves muscle tone and promotes total mind and body relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage helps alleviate pain, muscle spasms, stress, inflammation and tissue damage.  Great for anyone with soft tissue problems that produce any discomfort or pain.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial release focuses on reducing pain by easing the tension and tightness in the trigger points. Its not always easy to understand what trigger point is responsible for the pain. Localizing pain to a specific trigger point is very difficult. For that reason, myofascial release is often used over a broad area of muscle and tissue rather than at single points.

Passive Stretch Massage

Passive Stretch Massage is very beneficial in the rehabilitation of such conditions as whiplash (for which the treatment is easily applied on a massage table rather than on the mat), thoracic outlet syndrome, headaches, stress, reduced range of motion at any joint, degenerative disc disorder, SI joint dysfunctions, sciatic problems, and non-specific low pack pain.

Medical Massage

Medical Massage is prescribed and intended to resolve conditions that have been diagnosed and prescribed by a Physician. The massage therapist can use a variety of modalities or techniques, but will focus the Medical Massage session on the areas of the body related to the diagnosis. 

CBD Massage

When incorporated into a massage, the only difference is the product used not the massage technique itself. So, while it sounds like something much different than a traditional rub-down, a CBD massage is just that: a massage performed with CBD-infused oils and creams. Benefits include calming inflammation, soothes anxiety, reduces chronic pain, and melts tension. 

Trigger Point Therapy

This massage often consists of pushing, squeezing, or compressing over an area that feels tight or painful. Pressing directly into the muscle tissue through the skin is known as ischemic compression and can sometimes relieve muscle tension and discomfort.
